Oh, NO!

First Charles Nelson Reilly, now Brett Somers!

I guess it figures, since they were such foils of each other on "Match Game," huh? One goes and then sends for the other from the great beyond so they can snark with God. Or possibly about God.

"When Jesus was on the cross, the Roman soldiers stared at his huge BLANK. His huge BLANK."

(Charles Nelson and Brett scribble furiously)

Is it just me, or was that about the best game show ever?? Highly underrated.

It was, next to Hollywood Squares, certainly the funniest. Perfect formula, for both: get a bunch of catty gay dudes and bitter, snarky women of a "certain age" as they say together and watch the MAGIC HAPPEN.

I have always been curious about the size of Jesus' dong.

I haven't seen a show as fun as the Match Game since the last time BLANK was on.

Whenever I see a close up of a Match Game celebrity like this one I have a flash wondering of why there is a Confederate Flag behind them?

I used to watch Match Game growing up and started watching again a few years ago on GSN. A truly great show. It's too bad that a program like this can't exist now because of the damn publicists not wanting their clients potentially looking bad. Bring back half-drunk campiness and bitchiness, I say!

But who would the regulars be in today's modern times?

BTW, this particular post made me laff like no other during the month of September so far. Okay, maybe the latest cartoon over at the Perry Bible Fellowship did, too.
