I just want to say THANK YOU to everybody I know for the incredible outpouring of sympathy and love. Seriously. I am literally overwhelmed by the love I've gotten from people. I cannot say how much I appreciate it.
I have bound proofs of my book out today, send me your address and I'll send you a copy. I think Penguin are sending Diablo a copy 'cause I asked them to, but you may as well have your own uncorrected shitty bound proofs for the hell of it, right?
